National Pension System(NPS)-PRAN, Forms, Guidelines

National Pension System (New Pension Scheme) has been made mandatory for Kerala Government employees who joined in their service on or after 1st April, 2013. Employees who joined in their service on or after 1st April, 2013 are enrolled automatically in New Pension Scheme. 

Registration for Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) is a must for employees joined in their service on or after 1st April 2013. This PRAN registration is to be done with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) who are Central Record Keeping Agency (CRA) for NPS. 

Application form for PRAN can be furnished by a Government employee to his/her District treasury officer, who will in turn submit the same to CRA. Check out the link below for details on NPS, Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) registration etc:-.
