Only Girl Students belonging to National Minorities, (i.e. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis ) can apply for Beegum Hazrat Mahal (earlier known as Maulana Azad National Scholarship). Scholarship will be awarded to girl students who are studying in Class 9th to 12th, and have secured at-least 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate in previous class. Annual income of student's parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.00 lakh. Class 9th and 10th students would get Rs.10000/ a year, Class XI and XII students would get 12000.

2.Post Matric Scholarship for Minority Students
Only the minority students are eligible for this scholarship. Scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination and Annual income should be below Rs.2 lakh. It is for all courses like Plus two, degree, PG, Ph.D etc. students from recognized unaided institutions will also be considered. Admission and tuition fee for classes XI and XII would be 7000.

3.Inspire Scholarship
Update: Application for the Inspire Scholarship 2017 are invited from eligible candidates. The online portal will be open from 15th October 2017 to 31st December 2017.
About 10,000 top scorers in plus two in our country are the beneficiaries of this scholarship for their degree course in science. It can be availed of by those who pursue to do post graduation in science. There are no such constraints as income limit. It is from the central govt - Department of Science and Technology. The scholarship amount is Rs. 80,000/- per annum. Interested and eligible students must apply and submit their application with all essential documents through ONLINE mode only, through the web-portal www.online-inspire.gov.in. Students with aggregate marks within top 1% of their Class XII examination of any State/ Central Board in India are eligible. List of students eligible for Inspire Scholarship has been published by the Department of Higher Secondary Education.

High school, Plus two, degree, PG students of forward communities whose annual family income is below 2 lakh can apply. 3000 students from degree level, 2000 students from PG level and 14000 students from plus two level would get this scholarship. 5.Snehapoorvam Scholarship

6.Prof.Joseph Mundasserry Scholarship for Full A+ Holders
Minority students belonging to BPL category and scored full A+ in SSLC / plus two studying in govt / aided institutions can be advantageous of this scheme. Rs.10,000/- is given to each eligible student by the Minority Welfare Organization.

7.Blind /Deaf/PH(For the Disabled) Scholarship
Blind / deaf / physically disabled students in govt / aided institutions only can get this. Annual income limit is Rs 2.5 lakh where as it is is 4.5 lakh for the blind. E-grant beneficiaries are exempted from this. It is available at the Higher Secondary, degree and Plus two level. The amount includes the complete fee of the course and hostel fee.

8.District Merit Scholarship Scheme
Students who passed with A+ grade to all subjects in SSLC examinations are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The eligible candidates will be awarded Rs.1250/- and a merit certificate.

9.Merit cum Means Scholarship for BPL Students
A comprehensive merit-cum-means scholarship scheme for the Higher Secondary students of Government and Aided schools whose parents or guardians come under the BPL category. The school selection committee shall select the eligible candidates from the applicants. Notification for 2017-18 is expected to be released in October 2018.

10.Hindi Scholarship for Under Graduate and Post Graduate
For the students applying for this scholarship, it is mandatory that Hindi should be one of the subjects of their study. The students would get Rs.500/ per month.

11. Prathibha Scholarship
Those who score more than 95% in plus two and join for a degree course in Science discipline can apply for this. No income limit. The beneficiaries of this scholarship are exempted from getting other grants. This scholarship is offered by the Kerala State Council for Science and Technology. The scholarship amount for students in degree 1st , 2nd and 3rd year is Rs.12,000/ , Rs.18,000/ and Rs.24,000/- respectively and for PG 1st year Rs.40,000/ and 2nd year Rs.60,000/-

12.Central Sector
Students studying in degree courses or professional degree courses are eligible to apply. Plus two marks is the criteria. Annual family income should not exceed Rs. 6 lakh. 50% of the scholarship is reserved for girls. Central Human Resource Department offers this. Nearly one lakh students are the beneficiaries of this scholarship every year. It is Rs.12.000/- for degree (each year) and Rs.24,000/- for PG (each year).

13. Suvarna Jubilee Scholarship
It is for BPL category only. All degree and PG students in govt / aided institutions can apply. Certain number of scholarships are there for each institution. 10,000 students in Kerala based on their merit would get this. It is sponsored by the Directorate of Collegiate Education. The students would get Rs.10,000/- every year.

14. C.H.Muhammed Koya Scholarship
Students from Latin converted Christian, Muslim communities studying degree / PG course, whose annual family income does not exceed Rs.6 lakh, Should be a GIRL student studying for the first year of Graduation or Higher courses in Govt./ Aided Institution. are eligible to apply for this scholarship. During the course of study, scholarship amount would be Rs.5000/- every year whereas , those staying in hostels would get Rs. 12,000/- towards stipend.

15. State Merit Scholarship
