Plus two certificate for various purposes: Application Form, How to Apply , Fees

The students who have passed plus two board examination have to be issued certificate of their qualification in different formats as required by institutions concerned for their higher studies and other purposes. The various certificates issued by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education are as given below.

(i) Provisional Certificate

After the publication of results, it may take time to get original certificate. Under such circumstances, provisional certificate can be used. It would be valid till the issue of original certificate. Download Form

(ii) Certificate without grace mark

Higher Secondary certificate issued by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education usually includes the grace mark also. But some institutions may demand a certificate of marks not including grace marks for admission or grant of scholarships etc. If any recognized institutions of higher studies, as per their admission criteria insists to produce certificate without grace mark, such certificates would be issued on receipt of request by the institutions.

(iii) Board Topper certificate:

Full marks scorers of Board exam (1200/1200) should submit a request for a certificate for admission to institutions of higher studies or for scholarships.

(iv) Pass certificate:

The students who passed Higher Secondary exam can get a ‘pass certificate’. A request should be given for the same.

How to Apply?

Those who require the above said certificates, should pay the fee at treasury under the head of account 0202-01-102-97(03) other receipts. An application requesting the same should be written in ink, along with chalan receipts should be submitted in the directorate. Stamped envelope also be attached , if demanded to be sent by post.
