The 11th Kerala Pay Revision report on revised increased salary to the govt employees and pensioners was handed over to the government by the Pay Revision Commission.
Pension Calculation based on 11th Pay Commission Report
Pension will be at the rate of increased salary. The basic pension will be multiplied by 1.38 to
revise the pension.
Revised pension would have retrospective effect from July 1st 2019.
The minimum pension is Rs.11,500 and the maximum will be Rs.83,400.
The minimum family pension is Rs. 11,500 and the maximum Rs.50,040.
The Death cum Retirement Gratuity (DCRG) has been enhanced from Rs 14lakh to 17 lakhs.
An additional allowance of Rs. 1000 will be given for the pensioners above 80 years.
Instead of calculating the average of present 10 months salary, the pension will be fixed on
the last drawn salary.
Mentally retarded family pensioners would get family pension at the rate of full pension.
The exgratia allowance has been hiked from Rs.1.5 lakh to 5 lakh.
If the present basic pension is entered, the Pension Ready Reckoner can be downloaded to
calculate the revised basic and arrears to be received, as per pay revision report.
