How to submit an Application ?
The students should submit an application along with necessary documents /enclosures. Application form can be downloaded from the link below.
List of documents required for submitting the application form
The documents given below should be submitted by the applicant.
- The prescribed application form attested by the principal of the institution where the student had registered for Higher Secondary second year exam.
- Original mark sheet of + 2 exam and that of improvement exam.
- Original challan receipt of Rs 40 paid at government treasury.
- Self addressed and stamped envelope for speed post or register post for the certificate to be sent.
