This Compassionate Employment scheme aims at providing immediate relief to the dependents of the deceased employee. The personal and Administrative Reforms department is the nodal section of this scheme. The govt has revised the scheme and several changes have been done.

It includes eligible and ineligible categories, conditions like family income, age limit and qualification, category of appointment, time limit for applying, how to submit application, special consideration to death on duty and GOs and circulars in connection with this.
